Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the project (Twitch emotes and badges have fixed prices).

As you can see in my Commission Info, my style can really change from artwork to artwork. If you like a particular style I did in the past, make sure to tell me, so I know exactly what you want.

For illustrations commission: any additional character is 10% off the character price. Max 3 characters, if you need 4 we can discuss it.

I have the right to decline any project that I do not feel comfortable drawing.

Do not use any of my work in any NFT.

If you have any deadline please let me know even if that date seems distant. If you are in a particular hurry and need your commission on priority, we must discuss it right away. A rush fee might be added.

I own any artwork I made, therefore I have the right to post them on my socials or in my portfolio. I will always credit the person who commissioned.

I will need references. Please collect and supply as many references as needed. Doing this, I will be able to work faster and create more precisely what you imagine. Examples of references are: text or images of poses, hairstyles, facial features, information about your character, color palettes, etc.

If you commissioned me any Twitch Graphics you must give me the "Artist Badge", and if you commissioned me emotes (static or animated) you must give me, @ealya_art on Twitch, the "Emote attribution".

Payment via PayPal invoice only.

Prices are all in € euro, make sure to check if you are using the correct currency before finalizing the payment;

Any commission can be paid either 100% upfront or can be split 50% upfront and 50% after the final sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before we have agreed on the final price of your commission, or before I've sent you a PayPal invoice.

While I'm working on your commission, I will be in close contact with you. I will send you work in progress, I will suggest ideas, and I will ask you questions if I'm not sure about your preferences. Please try to be active and responsive, I can not make this commission without your help. If you don't respond I will have difficulties completing your work, this might result in a delay to complete your commission.

If we agreed on the payment being 100% upfront: I will start working on your commission as soon as I received the money, ask you for revisions and approvals, and complete it without interruptions.

If we agreed on the payment being split 50% - 50% after: I will start working as soon as the first half of the payment is delivered. After the approval of the final sketch, I will not continue the work until the second half of the payment is delivered.

I usually work on commissions while streaming on Twitch. If you prefer me to not do your commission while streaming, please let me know as soon as possible.

Please let me know as soon as possible if there is something you don't like while I'm in the process of making your commission.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing.

If you want me to change something in the final sketch you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.

The cost of the extra fee depends on the type of change you want, if the change is minor, no extra fees will be added.

It will take me up to one month to complete your commission.

Once the commission is completed, I will send you the full-resolution image by sharing a Google Drive link. There you will be able to see and download the image. This link will always be functioning, but I suggest you to download all the files and save them on your device.

Illustrations, Environment Speedpaint and Character sheet: You will receive a full-resolution PNG of your commission (approx 4000px at 300 DPI). The image will have a specific ratio (16:9, 1:1, 4:5, etc.) based on the composition or based on your preferences. If asked, I can also send the characters with transparent background. You can not print and resell any artwork as stickers, on t-shirt, on mugs, etc. If you want to do it, you must buy the Full Rights for Commercial Resale.

Twitch graphics: you will receive ready-to-use emotes and badges that you can instantly upload to your Twitch channel. I will also include full-resolution PNG (1000px, 300 dpi, 1:1) for you to appreciate and use on your channel. You can not print and resell emoticons or badges as stickers, on t-shirt, on mugs, etc. If you want to do it, you must buy the Full Rights for Commercial Resale.

I sell only digital products, but you can print the artwork for personal use only.

If you wish to purchase the rights to a completed image, you will have to pay a rights fee: a rights fee gives you all rights to the image for resale. This means you can use it for merch, stickers, shirts design, mug design, book or album covers, etc.

Full Rights for Commercial Resale: Price of your commission x2. This means you may use your commission for resale, without the artist (Ealya) receiving any income for your sales. It can be merch, stickers, shirts design, mug design, book or album covers, etc.

I, Ealya (the artist), claim the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to: promote myself with it everywhere; display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.); post it wherever I want. I will always give proper credit to the customer who commissioned the piece.

Please note: If you have any reasons against this, I am absolutely willing to discuss it beforehand.

The buyer is allowed to: use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. as long as you credit me)

Print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. It cannot be printed for resale unless the rights fee has been paid.

The following is considered copyright infringement: reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making money off it in any way; claiming the artwork as your own; removing my signature; altering the artwork without my consent.

You may cancel your order free of charge before paying.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.

I will not send an invoice if I know I'm not ready to start on your commission. I start sketching as soon as payment has been received. Meaning, if you've paid, there are no refunds.

IMPORTANT: If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
